Part-Time Operations Assistant (Travel Agency) – Office Based in Athens

Working Hours: 10.00-14.00

This part-time role places you directly within the fast-paced operational hub of Pame Travel. You are the critical link between our external platforms, our field teams, and our guests, ensuring every booking is handled with precision.

Your primary focus is operational synchronization and front-line communication. This involves managing the flow of booking data, coordinating guest logistics, and handling inbound inquiries across all digital channels.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is passionate about the travel sector, motivated to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment:

  • Experience: University student or recent graduate in Tourism, Business, or a related field.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication is mandatory for professional correspondence). Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.

  • Attributes: Possesses a positive, solution-oriented attitude, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Organization: Demonstrates a high level of organizational capability and strong attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.

  • Interest: Shows genuine interest in travel and tourism industry trends, with a focus on digital operations.


Key Responsibilities

The selected Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily operational and guest-facing tasks:

  • Communication Management: Professionally handle and redirect incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries.

  • Reservation Synchronization: Diligently monitor and instantly synchronize reservation calendars across all platforms with the Webhotelier system.

  • Guest Support: Actively assist with booking requests and respond to guest inquiries to facilitate the reservation process.

  • Platform Liaison: Communicate directly with guests and online platforms (such as Airbnb and Booking) regarding reservations and guest inquiries.

  • Operational Tracking: Monitor requests for early check-ins and late check-outs, ensuring timely confirmation and communication to the relevant teams.

  • Team Coordination: Maintain close collaboration with the field team regarding daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and special guest arrangements.
