The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Revenue Manager to join the Pame Travel team.
This is a critical, hands-on role focused entirely on optimizing revenue and occupancy across our portfolio of 31 apartments. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in utilizing technology (PMS/Channel Managers) and data analytics to implement dynamic pricing strategies specific to the short-term rental market.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Pricing
- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies (daily, weekly, monthly) across all properties to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Rental) and occupancy, responding quickly to local events, seasonality, and demand fluctuations.
- Conduct continuous market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking specific to the local short-term rental landscape (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo).
- Manage and control property distribution across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels, ensuring rate parity and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and manage minimum length of stay (MLOS) restrictions, cancellation policies, and lead time strategies to optimize booking quality and revenue.
